We are continuously updating our certifications to ensure alignment with the latest standards and
best practices. The Multifamily Building Analyst certification is actively available and can be completed as

Why Earn the Multifamily Building Analyst Certification?
Multifamily buildings are complex — and improving their performance requires more than just a surface-level approach. With the BPI Multifamily Building Analyst (MFBA) certification, you'll gain the expertise to evaluate the entire building as a system, uncover hidden inefficiencies, and deliver targeted solutions that boost energy savings, durability, and resident well-being. Whether you're working with property managers, building owners, or housing programs, this certification sets you apart as a trusted expert in optimizing multifamily homes for comfort, safety, and sustainability.
