The ALC Certification gave me the technical knowledge and confidence to step into the energy efficiency space with purpose. As a young woman in this field, I’m passionate about making safe, healthy, and energy-efficient housing more accessible—especially in underserved communities. This certification was more than a credential—it was a foundation. My long-term goal is to grow in clean energy and HVAC, eventually helping shape policy and programs that drive real change from the ground up.
