How can I get my candidate ID?

When you were approved for certification, you were assigned a BPI Candidate ID number. If you cannot find your ID number you may call BPI Staff for support at (877) 274-1274 or email info@bpi.org.

How can I get my candidate password?
  • Head to the Login page for BPI Accounts or access it using https://spero.bpi.org
  • Type your BPI ID Number and click “Reset my Password”
  • Follow the prompts and a new password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.  Please be sure to check your spam filter.  Once you are able to login to your Candidate Account, you can reset your password to anything you would like by selecting your initial in the upper right corner and clicking on “Account Settings” 
  • If you do not have access to the email on file, if you forgot the associated email, or if you do not receive the password reset email then please contact BPI staff at (877) 274-1247 or email info@bpi.org for additional help
